Buying a ticket for a party, festival, or workshop via Swing Calendar is binding.
- Refund Policy:
Refunds can only be issued if the user can't attend the event due to illness or injury. Refunds are processed directly through our organizers. To apply for a refund, contact the event organizer.
- Refunds by Events Office:
In case an organizer fails to refund a ticket, a refund request can be made with Events Office by providing the necessary medical certificates. The organizer will be charged the full ticket price and an administrative fee.
- Liability and Insurance:
Swing Calendar assumes no liability for the correctness of provided event details or the event providing the services advertised.
- Discounts:
Organizers can choose to sell discounted tickets. Eligibility for discounted tickets is defined and verified by the organizer. Swing Calendar does not provide verification of eligibility for discounted tickets.
- Tickets Sold via Events Office Links:
Tickets sold via Events Office Links are subject to the same rules as tickets sold directly on Swing Calendar.
- Refunds of Tickets Sold via Third-Party Platforms:
Tickets sold via third-party platforms are subject to the same rules as tickets sold directly on Swing Calendar.
- Data Security Policy:
User Data is processed in accordance with the guidelines outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Jurisdiction and Applicable Law:
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich. Swiss law is exclusively applicable.
